| You can get a full refund within 14 days of your online purchase date. After this period, you may return any item still in sellable condition for store credit. If we are out of stock on an item, we will give you the option of either putting it on backorder (if possible) or issuing store credit. |
| All items will be sent UPS or certified USPS mail. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charge is a flat $6.00 for purchases under $10.00, $10.00 for purchases under $50.00, $12.00 for purchases between $50 and $100.00, and $15 for purchases over $100.00. Purchases over $250 are free of shipping charges! Any package over 10 lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges.
